Stopped in for a sub for lunch and usually it is great but today there seemed to be a bunch of miscommunication between the person taking the order and the kid making the subs because there was a couple of mixed up orders before my order was completed. We ordered two subs, one turkey and an Italian mixed with hot peppers. We received two turkey subs, one with hot peppers. Neither of the subs had much meat on them ( much like Subway ). Very disappointed. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Absolutely outstanding! Everything here was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. The cinnamon rolls were incredible—soft, perfectly baked, and packed with flavor without being overly sweet. The pastries looked amazing, and everything we tried exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The bakery itself was clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere. If you’re looking for high-quality baked goods, this place is absolutely worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Albany!

Bella Napoli is one of those places where you walk in for one thing and immediately want one of everything. Their bakery is hands down one of the best around. Everything always tastes fresh, and it’s honestly hard to pick a favorite. I love their cannolis and cupcakes, but you really can’t go wrong with anything in the case. They also have awesome Italian subs, which you can eat right there in the store or grab to go. It can definitely get busy, but the staff is always super friendly and they know how to keep the line moving fast. Highly recommend stopping in, whether you’re grabbing lunch or just looking for a sweet treat. It's got that good old home town vibe with the old fashion counter for eating at.

My first time after wanting to try it for many years. I had the canoli donut and the a cheese cake I forgot the name. Sooooooomant deserts. Delish, great when paired with their expresso coffee. I love the fast service and it was really busy.

I usually go to the Troy location, only been here a few times. The Latham location has a wider variety of donuts, probably all pastries in general, compared to Troy. The donuts are about the same, but here they have Blueberry cake and also tried the PBnJ donut. Wish the Troy location at least had the Blueberry, but the PBnJ was also good. There was also a Cannoli Donut, which was pretty good, was a normal donut cut in half and filled with cannoli filling and bits of a the shell on top of a whipped cream topping. The apple fritter was pretty good, just could be way better it had more apples all throughout it and not just on top. The fudge fancy cookie here is good, but something is different about it compared to the Troy location.
